Yes, give up the coffee. It constricts your blood vessels.
Reading this book and implementing the plan really helped change my skin for good. I don't really follow the whole plan anymore but haven't had any problems.
I am a skin care specialist and coffee is hard to give up. If you can't give it up to one cup adventually (do not stop cold turkey or you will have a skin upset) and drink extra water. For every cup of coffee you drink you must drink two glasses of water in addition to your daily amount. You need to drink lots of water per day to flush the toxins out of your body. Also if you are a heavy meat eater I would cut back on that and add some vitamins to your regime. Especially your Omega 3's and eat plenty of veggis and fruits. Make sure to wash them in water and with some vinegar added to it to remove any film or contaminats. I would also add garlic, onion and olive oil to your diet. Please do not cook with your olive oil on high heat. I buy extra virgin coconut oil from Tropical Traditions. It is hand expelled in the Phillipines and it is delicious. Pure coconut oil in anti bacterial. Has not cholestrol and is good for you. Check it out!
One Question....what type of skin care regime are u using at this time?
have you ave done a colon cleanse and detox your body before , if not you might want to consider trying it to rid your body of the filth and toxins and try taking zinc for your acne and that should relieve some of the minor problems your having
