Can anyone help me with a remedy for Chronic Fatigue. I am tired all the time. I have been working out 4 days a week for the last month and eating much healthier. I also have been drinking vinegar, taking bee pollen and B vitamins and I am still tired all the time.

Jacquelin:

Chronic Fatigue could be from a number of things: from detoxing and over-stressing the liver to tired adrenal glands and lowered hemoglobin count. From your description, it sounds like you're detoxing, but that's only a guess. You really need to find a homeopathic doctor who will take a sample of blood, analyze what's there and help guide you toward your goal.

It's difficult to handle a condition if you don't know what's causing the condition, wouldn't you agree?

One thing tho: Make sure you're getting plenty of water!

Thank you for your advice. Yes I am detoxing. Quit smoking, drinking and cut way back on eating unhealthy food. Feels good! I drink alot of water everyday. I love water. Have a great weekend.

Then the only thing you can do is to keep right on doing what you're doing. Your energy will gradually pick up as most of the toxins are expelled. :)

since you've started detoxing, its normal to feel tired. that is not fatigue. your body is reacting to some violent changes and that is a good sign. keep it up...

Agreed Nitro!

Water, Water, and Water!
Try adding super blue green algae from Klamath Falls to your diet. It's the planet's first food. It has the power to cleanse your body, nourish your body, heal, and then rebuild. And it does a GREAT job. You will have more energy than you might know what to do with! And drink it with WATER.
(read the book, 'Your not sick you're dehydrated-forgot the Author) by the time you are 'thirsty, you are already dehydrated.
Drink a bottle first thing upon rising, you will notice results immediately.

Maybe you lack salt. I prefer sea salt. If you are vegetarian, some say a salt is a must in the diet. Ask your doctor who knows about salt.

I think salt is why I am on 2 blood pressure meds.

All of the nutrients are important. Are you getting enough calcium, Vitamin D, magnesium, fiber, and vitamin C? Do you go to bed before 10 pm? Is your bedroom fully dark at night? Those are some of the things to check and that will help. A check up and blood tests is the only way for sure to know what is going on. Have you had that recently? Nyota1

where do you get the whole food supplements Kevin talks about? Can you trust the supplements from whole foods?

I personally take Garden of Life, vitamin Code. It's a whole food vitamin in pill form. Yes, it is a very good company. Whole Foods carries some of the best products available.
