Why? Because it will help me out in any job or college application that i fill out.
And i'll have more credibility when I approach people about GIN. I mean, i'll change my website up, change my videos. I honestly think that GIN is the best thing in the world, and this isn't even the training talking, GIN is the best thing in the world, and if I have the founder title, i'll have more success recruiting people I know into GIN b/c of that title & credibility boost, especially when I go back to my hometown and tell everyone from high school about it.

I'd be doing everyone around me + all those I know a favor by being a founder, by increasing the likely hood that they'll join, if the title was the only thing that was given, and not the extra money bonuses, or the free trip every winter for the rest of my life, i'd still be working just as hard to get the 10 people.
