I just found out that one of my good friends has had degenerative arthritis for ten years. She's only 18, but has been told she'll be in a wheelchair by the time she's 30. She has a really upbeat attitude about it and doesn't seem worried about it at all. She hasn't asked for a cure or a fix for it but I was wondering what on earth you could do about that?
18 yrs old and dignosed with degenerative arthritis.... sad to hear that. were those joints effected were at the ankle and shoulder area? too much iron in the blood flow will contribute to this condition. a series of cleansing, proper diet and walking should eliminate it. were she overweight? she got to watch it. might due to heavy load she is having for her gentle joints to support.
there is no proper way to cure it and it is entirely up to her to change her lifestyle, habit and diet.
No, her neck and hips are effected right now because of two vertebrae in her back that fused together. She's not overweight in the slightest; as long as I've known her she's been a fitness fanatic.
will she able to accept alternative therapy such as cleansing, raw/organic diet, yoga/tai-chi, lifestyle changes? she needs to be responsible to to herself. you can't help her if she doesn't want help.
She is probably very nutrient deficient. I personally think she needs oils (fats) the most. She needs omega 3 fatty acids. She should take a real high quality fish oil. Avocado would be a real good food for her. She also needs the full range of vitamins and minerals. A whole Food supplement would be good. She probably hasn't asked for a cure or fix for it, because she doesn't know that it can be cured. She isn't knowlegeable about nutrition, health, or natural cures. I would give her the book on tape, and tell her some of the things she should be taking. That is what I do for my friends. I would urge her to do something about it now, before it gets too far progressed. If she won't listen to you, find a real good natural Doctor for her. Interview the person first to make sure they are good. Nyota1
She could also get the book "How To Say Goodbye To Illness" as I recently have. It talks about food allergies and other chemical allergies that we are not consciously aware of that we are highly allergic to but our body is. The treatment is called NAET. I just started this treatment and so far it seems to be working. No doubt, she should look into every possible way to find a cure before it's too late.
