Hello everyone. I'm new to the site and I'm just trying to make some new friends. Please read my profile if you want to learn a little more about me and my beliefs. Anyway I'm just curious to see who out there is eating their greens? I know a lot of people have a hard time eating their veggies as much as they should be. Many people might not know that there are things out there to supplement eating actual raw veggies. Does anyone know about drinking "greens"? I'm sure some of you have seen wheatgrass shots at your local gym or health food store, but there are even more powerful superfood green drinks out there. Everyone should be including this in their daily diet everyday for optimum health. If you want to talk more on this subject feel free to contact me.
Not really it's more of like a green concentrated powder that you mix in water or apple juice. I don't see why you couldn't make smoothies however... Check out the ingredients though: And it tastes Awesome!

I eat my greens in green smoothies daily. It's actually a meal. Fresh fruits and greens - no worries if the vitamins and enzymes are intact. Much cheaper and more nutrtious than supplementing.
good day .... to be frank, i beleive in whole food rather than supplements. no matter how good they may appeared. it's not difficult at all to consume greens. i'm the carnivorous type until 3 years ago. its more like the smell and taste that may appeared unpleasant. its short term. you will to get use to it.
i've a rather easy routine in the morning and it worked wonders for me. cucumber, carrots, fruits, raw butter and raw honey. only takes approximately 20 minutes to complete the task.
I'm wondering what you're doing that takes 20 mins. I have a K-tech blender ... throw the stuff in whole or quarter, spin, wash ... if I'm in the kitchen 10 mins, I'm messing with something else, like starting the distiller.
hahaha... i take the whole food... not that keen into blending, mashing it up. yucks... i don't like to disfigured my food..... slowly muching it....enjoying it... treasure it... wow!!! god has been kind to me... i've a K-tech... it's for smashing the raggi, almond, walnut, macadamia, jaggery and raw milk for a hot cuppa... only weekends ...
You should consider getting a vitamix blender. There great for eating greens. I can eat a whole bundle of kale in five minutes. You should google it. I hate veggies. It helps alot.
What's good about the vitamixer is that it purees it down to nothing but smooth, textured like baby food. It totally takes alot the feeling of eating large chunks in your smoothie. I still need a good blender....so until then I just marinate my greens like collard greens in a little olive oil, lemon juice. I think they taste nice that way!
