Who here has a good/healthy way of doing it?whats the healthiest oil? crisco?(just kidding)
I cook mine in organic virgin olive oil, and I cook organic fries. Some you can buy at whole foods, but sometimes I buy organic potatoes and cut the potatoes into shoestrings myself. It doesn't take too long.
Kevin says that virgin coconut oil is best for cooking/frying. And olive oil is best served cold, and if u need to cook with it, fry eggs or something.
Try tossing cut up potatoes in various herbs and bake them on a cookie sheet (lined with parchament paper) in the oven for 30 minutes at 450 and if you like eggs, toss them in some frothed egg whites before cooking.
