Ok, somhow or another, I have these anxiety attacks every four to eight years. It usually comes when it's time to vote. I haven't been able to find a cure for these attacks, but I have noticed my mood swings are sometimes ties with the actions of the government. Depression, homelessness, lack of enthusiasim to go on living when I keep falling on my tush after trying to get somewhere. If you know a cure for this, please let me know.

Ok, somhow or another, I have these anxiety attacks every four to eight years.
I WOULD SAY I WAS AN EXPERT ON THE SUBJECT TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION I HAD GENERAL ANXIETIES FROM THE 3RD GRADE UP INTO MY 30’S (WHERE IT PROGRESSED INTO FULL BLOWN ANXIETY ATTACKS AND EVENTUALLY PROGRESSED INTO AGORAPHOBIA). AND I GOT PAST IT ON MY OWN BECAUSE I WAS SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS AND NOTHING THE MEDICAL PROFESSION HAD TO OFFER EITHER IN THERAPY OR DRUGS WORKED. IF ANY ONE WOULD KNOW HOW IT FELT AND ALL THE CRAP YOU GO THROUGH WITH THIS FROM THE INSIDE OUT, IT WOULD BE ME. IN THE PROCESS OF EDUCATING MYSELF AND FINALLY OVERCOMING IT ALL TOGETHER, I BECAME A THERAPIST IN THE PROCESS. THAT WAS NOT THE GOAL, OVERCOMING THIS PANIC ATTACK STUFF WAS BUT THAT IS WHERE I ENDED UP. AFTER THAT, I REALIZED I COULD HELP PEOPLE WHO HAD THE SAME THING I USED TO HAVE.

ALTHOUGH SOME TIMES THERE IS AN ORGANIC REASON, YOURS SOUNDS LIKE BY WHAT YOU HAVE STATED IS MORE OF A MENTAL THING THAT IS CAUSING YOU THE TROUBLE. THE CURE THOUGH COMES FROM WITHIN, NOT FROM WITHOUT. THERE IS NO EASY QUICK FIX UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY ON TOXIC DRUGS DURING THESE EPISODES. STEP ONE IN HELPING YOURSELF IS UNDERSTANDING WHAT ANXIETY IS, WHAT IT IS NOT, AND HOW IT WORKS. WE CAN TALK MORE ABOUT THIS AT A LATER DATE. Hi all!
Been off a few days doing computer maintenance. Although it takes a lot of time and effort, better to be safe then sorry by not doing it and leaving yourself vulnerable to PC crashes. You can’t eliminate the problem altogether (PC Crashes), but you can minimize how often they may occur by maintaining your system.
Any ho, the reason I am writing you here, is we have a true blue “SCAMMER” among us. I know this for a fact because she sent me one of those emails offering one of those fake checks from out of the country that you are suppose to deposit and send them the money back and you keep the percentage for doing so. Do Not Do this!
This is only another version of what they used to call the “Nigerian” scam.
Just a warning. Years ago I was sucked into a scam just like this and ended up owing the bank some $30K-$40K dollars. So please do not get in involved in this with this person. Take it from some who knows.
