Good Vegan Cookbooks
Can anyone suggest a good vegan cookbook? Even though everyone in our family enjoys vegetables, and even though I've chosen what appears to be the most typical meals in the vegan cookbooks I've tried so far, it seems I always end up eating all the vegan left-overs and cooking a separate meat dish for my family.
