Hi,

I bought a small 4 oz bottle of h202 from HFS for about 18 dollars! Is that expensive? Is there a cheaper one? Anyway. How long am I supposed to take this h202 treatment? I have developed two new cysts in addition to my too many cysts on my scalp. I hate them. It's always tough to keep my hairline out of the way so nobody can see my disgusting cysts. It's embarrassing and disgusting. I had two of them removed by surgery about 3 years ago, but other cysts kept growing back right next to the one that was removed! I hate it. Please help me. Will h202 work to dissolve these godawful cysts? And I also have Ushers Syndrome Type 1 (low peripheral vision) and Retinitis PIgmentosa (central tunnel vision and night blindness). My eyesights have been getting worse. I am not able to read some of words sometimes, it is so frustrated. I recently bought Bilberry & Lutein yesterday so I am taking them daily. They are expensive. Is there any other way? Also, am I supposed to do fasting or be on special diet during h202 treatment? I am not eating everything organic yet. We're very poor family on tight budget. So any help will be great. Thanks. And I am desperate to regain my eyesights. Can I put diluted h202 in my eyes? My eyes need oxgen to regain vision back.

Thanks.

Renee,

H2O2 in itself is pretty much a miracle "food" but it needs to be highly diluted. Being a bleach, it will burn skin at full strength, but I don't know how effective it would be on cysts. For the love of Christ, DO NOT PUT IT IN THE EYES!

Where H2O2 benefits humans the most is internally, where it oxygenates the blood and kills viral infection. Personally, I take 10 drops in a bottle of water once a day, and this is simply as a maintenance. To me, it has the same pep as a cup of coffee. As a treatment to various ailments, it can be taken at higher doses, starting from low numbers of drops and building it up to as much as 25 drops in a bottle of water three times a day (for curing such extremes as cancer or HIV).

Here's a link for you that may help: http://educate-yourself.org/cancer/benefitsofhydrogenperozide17jul0...

Yes, I think $18 for 4 oz is pretty high, considering I bought 16 oz of 35% H2O2 (food grade) for $20 at a local health food store.

Definately you should handle your diet (go organic or raw) and do the standard colon and liver cleanses. Conventional food contains a lot of chemicals which I'm sure is not helping your situation.

I hope this helps.

I read that link you provided. It doesn't say how long I should take it, so I'm assuming this is indefinitely.

Even though it's been over 2 years since I read Trudeau's book, I still feel like I'm taking baby steps still. I have never eaten raw diets before. As I mentioned earlier, we CAN'T afford going 100% organic at all. I do not have the right recipes for everyday meals. I'm used to cooking casseroles and add fruits or salads to the side.

So you're saying I should do colon cleasning and liver cleasning at same time? I did colon cleasning last year, didn't feel much difference after that, but again, I wasn't going 100% organic or on diet. I just eat normally, and nothing seems to change much. I think I did liver cleansing last year too, but I am not too sure! I am pretty positive I did candida cleansing for 3 months after colon cleansing. So I'm thinking I'll start fasting tomorrow or Sunday taking only juices and water, right? Boy, I hope I can handle the growling part. :( So should I do colon and liver cleasnings and H202 treatment all at once during the fasting? Or hold off the H202 until after I done the cleanasing? I'm not sure what's difference? If h202 cleans out my body, then why do I need to do colon & liver cleansings if H202 can do these jobs?

"It doesn't say how long I should take it, so I'm assuming this is indefinitely."

Renee:

No, not indefinitely. You'll notice there is a maintenance program and even then, once what you want handled is handled, I think it's perfectly ok to cut it out completely. As a matter of fact, it's probably a good idea, since you don't want to build a resistence to it.

"So you're saying I should do colon cleasning and liver cleasning at same time?"

No. Strictly speaking my experience, I did the colon cleanse first, candida cleanse after that, followed by a liver cleanse, heavy metal cleanse... and after the major cleanses were done, I would go on the H2O2. I think it's too much too fast to do them all at once. Your goal is to gradually flush out your major systems, not overload your blood with so many loosened toxins that you make yourself sick.

"As I mentioned earlier, we CAN'T afford going 100% organic at all. I do not have the right recipes for everyday meals."

My dear girl. I don't know where you get the idea that this process has to break the bank, but SIMPLE meals (like sprouted grains pasta and organic spaghetti sauce) stretches the dollar and still provides you with nutritious and inexpensive organic meals. All it takes a little creative shopping and menu planning.

Here are a few other simple organic ideas: Waldorf salad, spinach salad, caesar salad, pancakes & molasses, blueberry muffins, oatmeal & raisins, french toast, tuna salad, french onion soup, mushroom soup, tomato soup, stuffed peppers, baked salmon patties, black beans & rice (I like lots of hot sauce on mine), unfiltered apple juice, steamed veggies, barbeque chicken, baked potatoes, burritos, chicken fried rice...

This is not a perfect list by a long shot, but at least it's a few ideas and it's miles above the poisons being dished out by the conventional food market. Browse the health food grocery store in your area and see how it COULD be done.

Maybe you'll find out it could.

The cleanses aren't going to do you much good if you continue to put toxins in your body. Kinda defeats the purpose of the cleanses, you know? It's like the smoker who quits smoking and goes to chewing tobacco.

Something to think about...

Your list of food sounds good to me. I have noticed HFS selling SMALL quality of food at high prices, so I didn't want to buy anything. Small meals wouldn't stuff us up. Knowing my husband, he would raid cabinets & refrigerator to look for MORE food to stuff himself up as he usually does. I can't afford to pay for each meal everyday, probably I should do fasting every other day. We have been eating lots of leftovers. I don't cook everyday though, it saves money. As for cleansing, these are expensive too. So I have done cleasing all wrong last year, great way to waste my money for nothing. I don't feel like I am gettig much help with going organic in our diet for life. I need good organic cookbook or something so I know what to look for and what I need. I'd probably eat Sweet Potatoes everyday if I have to. I have no idea. I do buy Newman"s Own spaghetti sauce and Organic or Whole Grain spaghetti. Are these good enough? We eat garlic bread with it too. I would need recipe for black beans & rice and many other meals you listed. Thanks for sharing. i still feel so overwhelmed and I am still UNCERTAIN what to do next.

Thanks. hope I will hear more from others regarding this. :) Even though I already bought h202 bottle. It's gonna be a long time until I can start on it after I do cleasnings. Sighs. I probably as well need to put it in freezer until I'm ready to use it.

Renee:

Sure, I can help you out with a couple of simple recipes (I'm no gourmet cook, but I can whip up simple meals! hehe).

Waldorf Salad:

Now keep in mind that this one depends on the consistency of the dressing you want. So they're approximates and all the ingredients are organic. Keep the mayo/yogurt in 1:1 ratio and you should be fine.

4 Granny Smith apples
4 Golden apples
1 cup safflower mayonnaise
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins, left in filtered water for an hour to soften
1/2 cup diced celery

Cut the apples in bite-sized pieces in a large bowl (core the apples first! LOL). Mix the remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl. Pour the dressing over the apples and mix 'em up well.

French Onion Soup

1 quart of Onion broth (you can buy 'em ready-made)
1 onion
1 slice of bread, crust removed
imported parmesan cheese, sliced or shredded

Slice the onions thinly and put with the soup in a large crock pot (if you want it done fast, fry the onions in canola oil until they're soft). Slowly heat to a light boil. Pour into servings, put a slice of the bread over the top of the soup. Put a slice of parmesan cheese over the bread. Serve when the cheese is melted and gooey. Salt and pepper to taste.

Can't get any simpler than that (other than oatmeal and raisins!). ;)

TimG,

Thanks for sharing with me few of your recipes. I appreciate it. : )
What kind of bread do you buy? I can buy Meijer Organic bread loaf from Meijer. They're bit pricey and doesn't have many slices in it. They vary in different kinds.

Anyway, will have to wait on trying out these recipes after I'm done fasting. Boy, I am soooo hungry my tummy hurts. I started fasting yesterday. Only drank 2 cups of juice yesterday. I drank Bolthouse Farms' strawberry banana fruit smoothie this morning. It's thick so it was good. I bought 2 large bottles of Odwalla 100% carrot juice and Odwalla's Superfood juice. I hope they work for me. I need something thick to fill me up? I am so starving I'm tempted to eat something. Just what I dreaded, fasting is hard! I took Colon Cleanz capsule twice daily (morning and dinnertime) I hope I am doing this right. How much water am I supposed to drink a day? I only weight 115 pound, I think I drank about 6-8 glasses a day. I lost track of counting..

I can't find onion broth at HFS. So how do I make my own onion broth? Thanks. Gonna try this but I don't have parmesan slice, I have swiss or pepper jack veggie cheese slices. Thanks!

Two questions for you TimG.

1. If one does a cleanse like Dr. Natura, would they still need to do all of the cleanses seperate? Like heavy metals
colon
liver

2. Where do you get the individual cleanses??

I wouldhave to get them by mail since I live in Mexico City but I could order them while I'm visiting the States in April.

Thanks.

I'm afraid I won't be of much help to you, John. I don't know Dr. Natura products and when I did my detoxes, they were through a local holistic doctor. At that time, we hit each cleanse one at a time, in the sequence I laid out in my response above.

So the products I was on was given to me by her and she had most of them already in stock.

I remember Yeastzyme Max to help break down candida and aid with digestion. I've never seen any of the other products online.

Do anybody know where I could purchase Food Grade H202 at reasonable price? I know my small local HFS don't sell them, and after my new big HFS opens up recently, they do have it but it's expensive there for a 4 oz bottle. They do have a big bottle, I forgot how much it is, it sells for bit over 28 dollars and it is flavored with i think Aloe juice or something. I need to find one I can afford after I am out of h202 bottle. I wonder how long that 4 oz bottle will last me.

Thanks Michael, I saw this website last night and thought they were pricey. But TimG said he paid 20 for a 16 oz bottle. Sounds like this is what he paid for but he said it was from local HFS. I can't believe the S&H are so expensive on that website. Arent oxygen FREE?? I feel so rippped off that we have to pay so much for h202 that we could have got it for free. Can anybody explain why they cost so much? Oxygen comes from air and everywhere, I don't get it?? They ought to be dirty cheap like 3% h202.
