Hey guys so I got this problem, I am only 20y/o but I look older then I am some say i look about 24 to 30y/o and I was wondering how can i make myself look younger and more my age, I work out regularly and try to eat and stay healthy.
1) Eliminate all toxins entering the body (skin, lungs, mouth)
2) Increase your nutrients entering your body
3) Exercise (what you're already doing)
First, start by getting rid of all the soap you're used to using, read the labels and you'll find that most of it is petroleum waste by-products of what is left when they make gasoline. Go here for the finest natural soaps 5starsoap.com or calbenpuresoap.com and instead of using over-the-counter deorderants, use a little bit of water mixed with Pure Baking Soda(no aluminum) to make a milky paste, use this for deorderant instead of brand names, or get yourself a deorderant from calbenpuresoap.com. You'll notice also that the detergents you wash your clothes with are also petroleum waste by-products, calbenpuresoap.com is the way to go! These detergents are absorbed into the body through the skin.
Second, drink reverse osmosis water, tap water contains chlorine which bleaches the natural enzymes from your gut, amongst other things that are toxic for the body, Fluoride(which is a poison, causes lower IQ, decreased bone density and cancer) You can find RO water offered at most grocery stores. Also since you shower in toxic water(everyone does) you could use a shower filter, to filter out these chemicals.. cause when it gets in the air, it leads you to greater exposure because you inhale these chemicals, berkeywater.com (look for the KDF Shower filter) that or you can look into getting an In-Home RO water filter system put in (at the source.. water coming into the house)
Third, eliminate all toxins entering the mouth through the foods you do eat. Read the labels!!! I can't stress this enough. If you're too lazy to read labels, only buy Organic foods. (those are found in many health food stores and health food isles) Why buy organic? Standard fruits and vegetables are growth with pesticides, herbicides and are part of the source of many health problems. Organic frults/vegetables don't contain these harmful chemicals, but beware, some grocery stores still spray even organic fruits/vegetables with their Tap water.. which contains many hundreds of chemicals and known toxins.
Toxins to be aware (and stay away from)
- Gluten (impairs the cells from absorbing nutrients)
- High Fructose Corn Syrup (robs the body of nutrients, so eating these two ingredients are double-wammy)
- Aluminum (in baked goods and Deorderant)
- Propylene Glycol (found in foods, fast foods, and deoderants, its Anti-Freeze)
- Aspartame (other wise known as Phenylalanine, turns into Formaldehyde at 70 degrees, inside the body)
- Sodium Benzoate (this plus Absorbic Acid, creates Benzene in the body which is a carcinagen)
- Monosodium Glutenmate (aka MSG, still in fast foods, McDonalds, Wendys, TacoBell, BurgerKing, etc)
- Bleached Flour (look for non-bleached flour, so that you don't harm your beneficial bacteria)
Do not eat at national chain resturants, just don't eat out period unless you know that the mom-and-pop place down the street is all organic.
Drink natural 100% juices, no pop, no beer, no alcohol.

Goji Berry, Acai Berry, Noni Berry, Mangosteen (these are expensive drinks, I would not want you to go that route, until you have started the cleansing routine, super green drink and organic diet, since I believe it would be a waste of money if your body is clogged with any articficial/harmful chemicals which there will always be some there, in all of our bodies, we can just do what we can to take in less)
I would not recommend taking any pharmacecuticals, for it would destroy these beneficial bacteria, and reverse this health diet plan to look younger. This is also a diet plan that will help anyone with IBS, Diarhea, Constipation, heartburn, anyone suffering from any bowel problems
You can shortcut a lot of these things, to save money, type into Google "liver support" there are things like Milk-Thistle which is pretty cheap that help the Liver, I just recommend the 16 dollar Liv.52 for it does the best job, I have found out there.
To sum it up;
1) Drink pure water
2) Eat pure foods
3) Restoring your body will restore your health/looks.

You can wear shirts with cartoon characters and super heroes on them. Wear bright colors. I notice that younger people wear brighter colors while older people wear darker colors. Have a race car bed in your room. Play hand held video games in public.
Something that also works is changing from eating white products to wheat, eating more nuts,veggies, and fruits. all natural stuff....I do this and all lot of people think that Im in my late 20s when Im almost 40!!!
True. I think it might be the case cause I been through alot and did alot, but also probably because me and my friends we used to smoke when we were like 9 or 10y/o.
Smoking when you are 8 or 9 will not affect you much. As far as smoking goes, I've smoked for 20 years, and still smoke, and look at least 10 year younger than I am. It's called attitude.
Life isn't about what you look like on the outside. I struggled with the opposite growing up and even now. I don't look 28 at all, but it doesn't really matter. As long as you feel young then you have nothing to worry about. My advice to you is live in the moment and only put all your energy into each and every moment. Life is too short to worry about looking to old or to young... Just be happy, smile, eat healthy (preferably organic), and try and laugh A LOT!

Are you sure? I'm 24 going on 25 now. One day when i go back to school i want to go as someone who's 19 rather than someone in their late 20's. I'm kinda want to the the borne again thing kinda like matt damon. Exept i want to go back to high school and then go to college but as someone alot younger. You read KT's book right. I feel like i got screwed over and should get the last 7 years back. I'm a great actor. I still play videogames. I just have to lose a 1000 pounds and get some of the life back in me. I think that depending on what kind of life you want to live it really does matter what you look like. The way your treated your life is kind of determined by what you look like. Trust me. There's nothing really that run that you can do past the age of 21. Plus it will be fun tricking people who are my age into thinking i'm younger. I used to do it all the time and they would even be telling me "Wow your really smart for your age". Eating healthy, Running,and getting a good night sleeps works for sure. I think drinking alchohol might help too. I know it sounds crazy but if you look at someone who's 43 in the military compared to a 43 year old civilain the person in the military looks alot younger.
