I believe that I have been scammed
Okay...I think I have been scammed by a company called Lipaphen RX that sells an Acai Berry cleanse supplement. Soooo...what can I do? I have tried to call them to cancel my next shipment and nobody answers...I tried to research them on the internet and find their website and I can't find anything except for one review a lady wrote about them saying she ordered from them, tried to cancel, and she is still getting charged. Should I just block my debit card and get a new one so I won't be charged again? Any suggestions?

This is ashame that companies are doing this into fooling customers to get their products. Cancel your credit card ASAP! Hope everything goes well.

They won't let me cancel!! They said since I already authorized them to take the payment out, I can't cancel my card because of that. I have to wait until they charge my card again and then try to dispute the charges and hope it gets sent back.

You can try this. Try to open an account with a new credit card company and see if they'll let you transfer your balance from the other one to the new one. If that's possible, once your balance has been transferred to the new card, you can then close the old card.
Or, if you have more than one credit card, call the card company that won't let you cancel and ask to speak with a manager.Tell them unless they cancel the order you will close you account. That way no other charges will be placed on it. Of course you'll still have to make payments but no new charges will be applied.

Sarah, you can call your credit card company and tell them that any future charges from that particular company are no longer authorized by you......If that doesn't work, simply call your credit card company and tell them that you lost your card and they will cancel the old one and send a new one at no charge. They will transfer the balance to the new one. Make sure you request a completely different account number.
