I do not eat anything with canola oil. Did you ever hear of the canola plant in school growing up? No, because it is a manufactured plant (hybrid). Part of the plant is made from the rapeseed plant. Hmmm. I think the name says it all. Didn't I email you about this? You don't believe me, ehh? Lol.

Yup, I have to agree with Bobby on this one.
I tend to think people lack the concept of gradients. On the scale from 0 to 100, how bad is it compared to other oils? Are there better? Yes. Are there worse? Hell yes.
I keep 6 different oils in the house, all depending on what needs to be prepared. Canola an excellent high-heat oil. It's rarely used, but it's there.
Here is a story about canola oil. I was taking care of my 83 year old Mother for a week. She wasn't in good shape, but nonetheless, this is a valid story. I made cole slaw for her using canola oil mayonaisse. Her system couldn't process it. She got constipation, and I had to take her to a hospital because of it. It was a real ordeal. She was there for two and a half days approximately. It was a real hassle. Now, if it did that to my Mom, then I personally believe it will do the same thing to me, on a smaller scale. So, that is another reason I don't like it. That stuff is horrible!!!
You wasted your money Ronald.
There's nothing wrong with Canola oil as long as you use it in moderation.
It's the the same with anything. Like eating meat,,,,,or getting a suntan...
Besides, Nyota's mother is 83. Hell, I'm 62 and I get constipated once in a while. Seems like some people like to blame everything on some kind of food just because it's not organic, or blessed by a priest.
Come on people. Chill out a little bit....Something's gotta give.....lol
