My complexion is usually pretty good but in the fall and winter gets a bit irritated for some reason (probably due to dryness) does anyone know of some decent juicing tips that would help with complexion (acne) issues ... as of right now I do not eat
Any dairy
Any processed foods
Minimal white flour
Any sugar
Any artifical sweetner
Now I'm sure their are some good cleanses I could do but am looking for something that is more do-ible in my day to day routine like juicing or something of the like --
Luke, I would suggest taking flax oil. You should be able to find it in the refrigerated section of your local health food store. This will help with the dryness and inflammation. You should notice a difference within a few days. I have a teenager who was having trouble with her skin but is always complaining about all my natural methods. I finally convinced her to just try it and she takes it religiously now. Her skin has really cleared up. I've been taking it for the past year and it really helps keep my skin blemish free.

I agree about the flax oil. (But, oh, is it yucky!) In my own experience, even though the sugar in fruit is natural, it can still be to much sugar, especially if you have candida issues. If you are doing veggie juicing only, I don't think it would be a problem.

I agree with more veggie juicing than fruit... And juiciing makes a great difference in everything... Not only has it helped my skin but I have a lot more energy as well. For skin care I use Emu oil and nothing else anymore.. It goes a longgggggggggggggg way... And great for dry skin..
However, I don't have dry skin problems anymore and I believe it is from eating right all the way around.. And drinking LOTS of water. Sounds like you are doing a pretty good job.. You didn't mention meat.. I eat meat -- just not much and especially little to no red meat...

Luke, whats up homie? I am going to agree with the flax oil. Plus flax oil is just an absolutely crucial thing to add to your diet(its got those oh-so-important omega 3's). Let me also suggest wu-long tea. I have found the best to be from wulongforlife.com. This stuff is incredible with skin complexion and has a bunch of other health benefits. I drink two cups a day. I love the stuff! Definetly add the flax oil to your diet but I also recommend this tea. Try it out and see for yourself. It couldn't hurt, right? Alright brother, good luck, and keep up the good work!
Hey I started doing the flax oil, I thought I didn't have any but low and behold there was some in my fridge. Go flax. Anyways I came across this tea on the internet that I found on several websites and was wondering what anyone thought of it or knew anything about it. Here is one website that kind of explains it
