Today is my 4th day on the fast and this morning when I stepped on the scales my weight was the same as yesterday I have followed it to the instructions with salt flush every night etc..why have I stopped losing weight..in fact put 0.5lb back on!!!...I am at least 10lb over my normal weight and although am not doing this for weight loss , but rather to kick start my healthy eating diet exercise lifestyle , it is really awful that I am restricting myself so much yet am not seeing rapid weightloss that others talk about...anyone know why, or have experienced the same thing?? I do feel sharper, more energised etc...and plan to continue to 7days..but this does not help with my motivation at all!
