Hi all, is anyone like me? I've done countless Phase 2s since mid-2007 and still cannot keep the weight off. The problem is, after 3-6 weeks of Phase 2, I want carbs so bad, it's off the hook. I've been using the OraThin and it does work, but it seems my length of time to go without carbs is getting shorter and shorter. I wish to get off the weight loss/gain rollercoaster, and it's very frustrating.

One thing that doesn't make sense to me, going back to the Simeons Pounds and Inches document, is that you are allowed 1 grissini breadstick with both lunch and dinner while on Phase 2, but Phase 3 says no sugar or starches. Has anyone does this exactly with positive results? Also, has anyone continued eating 1 grissini breadstick with lunch and dinner in Phase 3 without gaining weight? Thanks for your input!

I am with you on this.... this is my forth time doing the injections..... This is by far my highest weight ever.......
For me this will be the last time unless I feel I need to do a maintenance, for me now it's health reasons. I WANT to be healthy and fit... ovarian cancer along with other crazy female issues are high risk in my family and eating sugars and things that are not good for me are whats making the change. I am sick off yo-yo-ing. I want to hear from others who have kept the weight off and how they do it, because it's defiantly not eating whatever they want later! (as is claimed in the book)

I can not do the grissini sticks.... they are to addicting to me.... I can't just have one. I learned that the hard way the last time I did the diet. I would take out other foods to compensate having to many.... : / I really like food to much and I am to the point that I will not let it run my life.... and take over.
