Hi all, is anyone like me? I've done countless Phase 2s since mid-2007 and still cannot keep the weight off. The problem is, after 3-6 weeks of Phase 2, I want carbs so bad, it's off the hook. I've been using the OraThin and it does work, but it seems my length of time to go without carbs is getting shorter and shorter. I wish to get off the weight loss/gain rollercoaster, and it's very frustrating.
One thing that doesn't make sense to me, going back to the Simeons Pounds and Inches document, is that you are allowed 1 grissini breadstick with both lunch and dinner while on Phase 2, but Phase 3 says no sugar or starches. Has anyone does this exactly with positive results? Also, has anyone continued eating 1 grissini breadstick with lunch and dinner in Phase 3 without gaining weight? Thanks for your input!
