Not OK, w/me!
All right members of Community Cures what do you think of this?
William Banks(3rd yrmd) yea, you who have read his post know who he is......not a KT fan, has issues with some natural cures and has posted his opinions about this. Probably not very well liked in this community BUT......from every post I have read, regardless of whether I agreed with what he said, I never read any comments he posted that violated the Terms of Service Agreement we all -checked- when we joined.
He has been banned for life!
I'm not ok with this are you? I don't think anyone should be banned from this site because they have an unpopular opinion or they piss off a friend of the administrator of this site. In my opinion that means none of us are going to be able to trust this site to provide an honest open forum for discussing the validity of any of the varied issues we discuss here.
I think it is an under statement to say....this is very hypocritical coming from a site founded by a person who has complained so much about censorship.

I guess that's partly my point. If 'that's" why he was banned then we probably all should have been banned at one point or another. When people get into "passionate" discussions sometimes everyone gets a little to personal, but if you're not passionate about what you think, why bother talking about it. We can just go back to being like everybody else livin under a rock and hoping "things" just get better by themselves.
But, that's not why William was banned.....

Principles Rashawn, principles.
If someone( KT) claims they are being discriminated against for blowing the whistle on what they claim is corruption then try to controll any opposing opinions about their claims by silencing the objector instead of clarify and answering the questions, then they are no better than the original perpetrator of injustice.

No, he shouldn't have been banned. But I didn't agree with his attitude because it's not like he questioned things being taught here, he dismissed them all as quackery. And always talked about how if it wasnt taught in a medical book it wasn't correct. He has the right to present his opinion, but he always presented his opinion as fact and that really pissed me off.

He did NOTHING wrong . He voiced his 'unpopular' opinion and that pissed 'others' off! NOT a reason to ban him!
If people loved themselves MORE, and stopped 'judging' others, it would be absolutely CLEAR, that no matter WHAT others say, One couldn't get pissed! STOP taking things personal (If you do, perhaps YOU should BAN yourself!)\
BRING HIM BACK! (that's 'IF' he would want to come back..I'm not even sure, I wish to be a part of this type of group)
(nah kidding! most of you guys(o.k, ALL of you), I absolutely love, especially when you speak your truth!_regardless whether I agree, or not)

yes, he's put a lot of GREAT, info out there.. But, let's look at his 'history'??
How is it that SOME "whistle blowers," get 'blown away' while 'OTHERS' do not??

Wow Robyn, more fired up than usual i see.....
i hope we do not have censorship on this site, but don't forget that there maybe people who will try to "discredit" truth on here as an agenda that they may have.......if that is the case, then they should be banned.....
And we shouldn't assume we know exactly why he was banned, i'm sure there is more than meets the eye with this story......the "truth" behind why Mr. Banks was banned will be between him and "Natural Cures".....but i will agree with one thing, a lot of people are saying and doing things on here that they should not be.......based on the Terms and Agreements.....
I think we should all re-think why we are here.......and what we really want out of this site, furthermore, re-think what this site can actually do for us, as opposed to what we think this site can do for us.......too funny......later peeps......

I think it is that "train" of thought that has gotten us in the trouble we are all in now, by assuming someone has our best interest at heart (government. FDA,USDA etc. Natural Cures, in this case) and allow them to ban, suppress, censor or control information that does not "align" with their agenda or promote a certain thought process, whatever that may. I think it is prudent to remember, as much as we all agreed w/ and welcomed the information that was published in these books, the bottom line is, this is still a sales tactic. Kevin Trudeau is a salesman period.
Tim stated why William was banned. Just read what he said. If no one has issue with that then in my opinion you are only trading one set of controlling, information censors for another in a attempt to prompt a certain agenda. The very principles KT claims he promotes and defends are being violated here. You can't complain no one will allow you express you're opinion and then turn around and censor the voice of those who oppose you. In KT's words..."You should be madder than hell"...but of course if you view this in the context Tim suggest,....you must remember this site by nature has to be bias because it is a site founded by a salesman....not a consumer advocate as he would like you to believe. I think the attitude of the moderators towards opposing opinions, reflects that. Keep that in mind should a certain person ever run for a public office....but no worries he won't, there's no money in being a "real" public servant.

The only reason I posted this discussion is to point out, this is a perfect example of "the pot calling the kettle black" We must be very careful who we choose to believe. No one is ever above scrutiny or question. If KT had never jumped on the "consumer advocate" ban wagon, I would never have posted this, but he has. He makes alot of claims addressing his concerns for "the people" but notice he calls himself a "consumer" advocate, not a "peoples rights" advocate.
