According to the CDC, swine flu infections have already peaked, and the pandemic is on its way out. Peak infection time was the middle of October, where one in five U.S. children experienced the flu, says the CDC. Out of nearly 14,000 suspected flu cases tested during the week ending on October 10, 2009, 99.6% of those were influenza A, and the vast majority of those were confirmed as H1N1 swine flu infections. Even though the H1N1 pandemic appears to have peaked out, U.S. President Barack Obama has now declared a national emergency over swine flu infections. The reasoning behind such a declaration? According to the White House, it's designed to "allow hospitals to better handle the surge in patients" by allowing them to bypass certain federal laws.
Emergency powers trump the Bill of Rights
That's the public explanation for this, but the real agenda behind this declaration may be far more sinister. Declaring a national emergency immediately gives federal authorities dangerous new powers that can now be enforced at gunpoint, including:
• The power to force mandatory swine flu vaccinations on the entire population.
• The power to arrest, quarantine or "involuntarily transport" anyone who refuses a swine flu vaccination.
• The power to quarantine an entire city and halt all travel in or out of that city.
• The power to enter any home or office without a search warrant and order the destruction of any belongings or structures deemed to be a threat to public health.
• The effective nullification of the Bill of Rights. Your right to due process, to being safe from government search and seizure, and to remain silent to avoid self-incrimination are all null and void under a Presidential declaration of a national emergency.
None of this means that federal agents are going to march door to door arresting people at gunpoint if they refuse the vaccine, but they could if they wanted to. Your rights as an American are no longer recognized under this national emergency declaration.
What emergency?
The declaration of this national emergency seems suspicious from the start. Where's the emergency? The number of people killed by swine flu in the United States is far smaller than the number of people killed each year from seasonal flu, according to CDC statistics. People obviously aren't dropping dead by the millions from H1N1 influenza. Most people are just getting mild flu symptoms and a few days later they're fine.
So where's the emergency?
The only emergency I can see is the emergency fabricated by Big Pharma to sell more vaccines. By declaring a national emergency over the H1N1 pandemic, Obama is playing right into their hands.
I find the timing of all this curious. Two days ago, New York gave up on its efforts to require mandatory vaccinations of health care workers. This was designed to defuse a large number of planned protests from health freedom-conscious people who don't want government-mandated chemicals pumped into their veins.

It's times like this that make me wonder if it would be possible the 25 states to succesed from the Union.I wonder if Texas is offically one of the 25 states that has signed this 10th amendment thing. Then again the current Texas governor one time 3 yrs ago wanted to make the HPV vaccines mandatory for young school age girls between 9-18. This governor Rick Perry was bribed, and is getting corrupted, I wonder how it will go with this swine flu vaccine thing if he will be a puppet..

People who don't get the flu shot are selfish and irresponsible, listening to the fear mongers showing a video of someone that already had major underlining health problems ,they never showed you that, just put fear into people about the shot.
I know I'm wasting my time on this site but the amount of children that are going to die with the new wave of H1N1 is going to be larger number of deaths then the number that will have a reaction to the H1N1 Vaccine- the Vaccine will be zero.

I'm not so sure that most of us are against vaccines, but maybe I'd better just stick to speaking for myself. I am not against "safe" well tested vaccines that work and do not cause life threatening/altering side side effects. There are a great deal of well documented studies that are beginning to emerge that show that vaccines, as they are manufactured and sold at this time, contain ingredients that are harmful to the human body. Vaccines should contain two things, killed virus and sterile water, that's it.
For example: the H1N1 vaccine contains squalene. Squalene was banned by a Federal Court Judge in 2004 from use in the Department of Defense after it was determined that squalene was the cause of Gulf Syndrome(Lou Gehrig's disease) in 25% of 697,000 US personnel at home and abroad. The amount of squalene in the anthrax vaccine that was injected into US soldiers was 34.2 micrograms per billion.
The amount of squalene in the Pandremix vaccine is 10.68 mg per 0.5 ml. This corresponds to one million times more squalene per dose. Directly injected into children and pregnant women. If its banned by the Department of Defense for use in the antrax vaccine why is it being used at all in the Pandremix vaccine.?
So what is squalelene? It's a type of oil. The Chiron company, maker of the deadly anthrax vaccine, makes an adjuvant called MF-59 which contains two main ingredients ---squalene and gp 120.
Another ingredient in this vaccine is that gp 120 , a glycoprotein. Researchers found when it was mixed with squalene, the glycoprotein became strongly antigenic(produced a powerful and prolonged immune response to the vaccination.) In fact the studies showed that with each dose, the intense immune reaction lasted over a year..
Ok now get this... the glycoprotein, gp 120, a major component of the MF-59 vaccine adjuvant, is the same protein fragment isolated from HIV----the virus that is responsible for the rapid dementia seen in AIDS patients. When gp 120 is taken up by the microglia cells in the brain it causes inflammation and makes the brain subject to excitotoxic damage.. This is also the cause of the MS and optic neuritis associated with vaccines that contain MF-59.
It is also important to note, who profits from this "National Health Crisis"
In August 2007, Kistner Pharm Corporation, applied for a patent on many vaccines including H1N1 Swine Flu. Let me repeat that.....AUGUST 2007.....A vaccine that was developed before the "virus" was officially discovered. Do you have to be a conspiracy theorist to begin to question if the virus itself could be man made?

I'm pretty sure most of us are against the vaccine. Especailly after that whole cheerleader incident. At this point you would have to be retarded to get it. KT (regarless or not if you like him) warned us about it in his books. David Icke talks all about it on his website. You can see how jacked up that cheerleader is because of it. Mr Gene has warned us about it. At this point if your not smart enough to say "NO" there just isn't any hope for you. Why would you go to a doctor on your free time and go pay money for a vaccine. Especailly those of you with kids. Don't you have better things to do with your time? I'f i'm going out and pay money for a shot it better do something. Like put me to sleep or make my music sound better or make my body feel really good.

I was just thinking, .....
My son is Evans age. He is more precious to me than life itself. I would do anything to protect him. I do that by keeping both eyes open and my brain turned on. I trust NO ONE who would possibly have anything to gain financially. I'm not much of a KT fan, but he hit it on the head when he said "FOLLOW THE MONEY" William you are living in a world were the folks running the show are not like you, they have no heart, no conscience, no soul. They will kill you for a profit and not bat an eyelash.

I feel like i just have better things to do than go see a doctor for anything. Read Books. Go to the movie's. Play video games. Sleep. Hang out at a park. Drink beer. Plus i'm cheap. I don't really like spending money on things unless their going to help me feel good,make money, answer questions that i have, Even if i ended up in the emergency room i still don't see where vaccines come into play. Even if they weren't dangerous. Its like you paying money for something that already free. Your immune system naturally fights disease. Paying for vaccines is almost like paying for ringtones. Your phone rings for free. Why get up and go buy ringtones? If i had kids i would probably rather spend that money on other things for them. Especailly since most doctors offices are only open during the day time. When you have a free day off with your kids your supposed to take em to do something fun. Not take em to the doctors office. I don't believe in check ups either. No news is good news. If you don't see or hear anything wrong then why do to the doctor? There are soo many better places you can take your kids. Like all the places i listed above. Exept drinking beer. I'm not going to let em drink till their fifteen. Even if vaccines worked they would be on the very bottom of my priorities. Flu's don't come from thin air. The question people need to start asking is "Where are these flu's actually coming from?"

Were now at 89, this child was 11, this flu is going on now up north, it hits the young healthy children first, Todays the 28 and there are 89 dead ,dead healthy kids,,,the vaccine's score is zero. at the hospital today the line is pushing 8hrs to get it .
H1n1 is hitting strong healthy Kids,,,,it has nothing to do with politics on Canada, were just trying to keep our Children Alive..
if there is an affect to to vac, well the score is vac 0 h1n1 86 If I still had my son who was taken from me by Cancer I would not risk his life because some outfit that tells me the way I should live my life and there products ad's .
As I listened to the news there has just been a flood of children to the hospital in Ottawa, I get the health reports, lets pray for them, If you start to have any breathing problems run to the hospital, it attack's the lungs of healthy people but will cause a virus that will come into effect after 3 days and kill you.
H1n1 is taking pre-teens and teens .
