Kelly, thats cool. I have a friend that was tellin me just the other nite how incredible this stuff is. Its got some hella properties...What have you heard it can do? Other than what Ive mentioned in my shallow research thus far. I found a site that sells the oil alone today. They say mix with 3/4 Extra Virgin Olive oil (which I have on deck always for cooking italian). The price was very reasonable at $9.
Do u get a special concoction based on the % of carvacrol?

Booklet:
My holistic doctor had me put oil of oregano on my elbows to help heal the dryness there. All that did was make me smell like lasagna for a couple of weeks.
ESD, I've taken PURE oil of oregano for over 2 yrs now. On 2 occasions I caught the cold that family members brought home. The worse one, I woke up with a fever, having gone to bed fine. It took about 7 hours for it to run it's course.
It was THE integral part of riding my body of fungal candida. See my blog on my profile on candida.
I use it as part of my grandson's supplementation to control cystic acne.
What I take is NOT the cheap stuff, it's the uncut essential oil; I add it to my own oil that I buy at a reasonalbe price. I didn't start with a large bottle, but it's what I buy today. A 4oz bottle is $108 ... but at 1 or 2 drops each day, I'm not going to need to buy more for years!
Interesting. Ill check out the blog as well. Do u know of the percentage of Carvacrol in your supplement?
Heres a site I found thats doing it at 85% for a great price at 1oz. Check that out and lemme know what u think?
Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Genuine Wild Mediterranean Oregano Oil (Origanum Vulgare 85% Carvacrol min.)
1oz at $17.99
2oz at $28.97
ESD, I will repeat, I do not take a supplement made with PURE oregano, and that's what you're looking at on that site. I take STRAIGHT PURE wild Turkish oregano oil, the essential oil. The minimum I've seen is use 1 drop of the PURE oil in 12 drops of evoo. A 1 oz bottle of that one would have a few drops in a lot of olive oil, the price begins to not look so good.
What I take isn't tested for the phytochemical carvcrol, but it is messured for the P/heat factor. My master herbalist buys P83 or better.
I'm pretty sure you can find MH talking about oregano oil in a group called The BAREFOOT Herbalist, MH on my site, link to my site from my profile page is you're interested in reading.
Hey PlzChuckle, Could you let me know what brand of Oil of oregano you purchase? How do you use it? Do you just put a few drops on it in water? Thanks! Nyota1
