Parasite cleanse
I am doing a Renew Life Parasite cleanse. Has anyone ever done this particular one, and did you think it was good? What parasite cleanses have you done? Did you get results / notice a big difference?

Dr Schulze has an excellent intestinal and bowel detox at his website. Cleans you right out if you want to go hardcore. A more simple folk remedy is to take 'honegar' 3 times a day with meals. Honegar is equal parts apple cider vinegar and honey. Both raw is best. I have about a finger or two widths in a mug with hot water. Sip it like tea or coffee. It promotes good health and an internal environment where parasites can't survive.
The zapper?! You guys are such blokes. Too funny. :-)

I checked out Dr. Schulze's website, and I like some of his products. I have heard of him before, but I never really followed up on it. Thanks. I am going to order a few products.

Well it wasn't THAT much work. An afternoon of shopping at Radio Shack and "connecting the dots" with all the parts at the dinning room table (I guess it's a male pride-of-accomplishment kinda thing. hehe). I can't imagine purchasing your own zapper would make all that much of a difference.
Yes, I absolutely did notice a difference. A lot more energy, for one thing. Bowels loosened up for another. I wasn't taking blood tests at the time, so I can't tell you with any certainty that the population of parasites was dwindling.
I remember the book also had an herbal recipe which included black walnut extract... but I can't for the life of me remember what the formula was.
Couldn't tell you about pumpkin seeds other than they come from pumpkins. :P

I bought that book in 2002 when my Dad had cancer, and I remember reading it and thinking most of that stuff was crazy. I was like - I have to get a zapper for my Dad? I ended up selling the book, or giving it away. After I paid about $20 for it. Now, I understand it all. It's amazing the difference a few years makes.
I personally think some of these parasite cleanses work just as well. I can't get into making a zapper right now. That is too mechanical for me. I guess I could buy one. The pumpkin seeds are good. I have read that in several books.
