I am so fed up with chicken breast and meat overall. Is anyone here taking protien shakes in place of the meat. I found a clinic who tells there patients that wonderslim a protien drink can be used as a replacement and that all the patients they treat with HCG are doing great and losing the weight. I was thinking of doing my P2 as follows

AM: Teas

Noon: Organic Apple with cucumber or celery jucied in my jack L juicer then a protien drink.
(these pre made drinks are 100 grams of protien)

Dinner: Same as Noon but using diffrent drink and cucumber or celery or even a salad.

I did the master cleanse and lost 9lbs in 10 days but because of the gorgiong for the first 2 days of P2 I gained it all back WOW ya that sux. But I really like the liqued drinks and I dont like to feel full with solid foods. If anyone has a comment about how I want to do this feel free to contact me thanks and good luck.

I did use protien powder and still lost while on hcg. I still have one for lunch most days. Normally I'll cram my blender with greens add water,a scoop of berry flavored protein powder 5 or so frozen strawberries and a little crystal light (lemon) to give it flavor and some sweetness. the greens I usually use are baby salad greens or spinach. I have used beet greens and swiss chard cooked though(cold from the fridge) in a pinch when I ran out of the fresh greens.

But what is the best protien shake to take? I need names I have so many but dont know which to use. I did buy the Wonderslim so I am excited to get those but any other ideas on what to use and do please help.

Today I juced celery and an apple and placed in a blender with an oz of water giving me 8fl oz of liqued then I added 1 scoop of protien vanilla flavor it was decent.

I use "all the whey" brand of protein because it has high protein hardley any calories,carbs or sugar. It does contain a sm bit of splenda. i mix the chocolate in a batter constancy and mirco or bake it like a chocolate brownie. I also love the vanilla and the mixed berry. bought a brown rice one at the co op that i liked too. finding one you like the taste and has low calories and stuff is important. I never juice then add I like the fiber. Try the greens fresh in it with a few berries of some sort.
