i have recently been working out every day and i know i am tearing muscle tissue to get bigger arms and 6 pack abs but, the problem is what protein powders out there are scams and powders are out there that are not full of fake sugars. i found 1 ,but i didnt like the flavor cause it stated it was all natural but had artificial flavor's. Is there protein power out on the market with no fake sugar's or highly processed gunk ? I have been told just drink eggs , no way. If any one has any information on protein powders please reply.

I buy organic hemp protein powders. I get it at whole foods. My Doctor recommends hemp seeds, so I figure the hemp protein has to be one of the best. I can ask him about it if you like. I'm not sure the next time I will be going there though. Nyota1

If you mix the raw egg with organic apple juice and a good protein powder, the mixture comes out very creamy. Hemp powder is good, a friend of mine gave me some from a company called hempusa.com it is very good. I also buy raw organic hemp powder.

FYI...

Open-label Human Trial

Randomized, double-blind, parallel arm study
Drs. Joy Frestedt and John Zenk (Minnesota Applied Research Center, Edina, MN), Michael Kuskowski (Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center, Minneapolis, MN), and Loren Ward and Eric Bastian (Glanbia Research and Development Center, Twin Falls, ID) conducted this 12-week study on healthy subjects on a diet that reduced caloric intake by 500 calories/day. They showed that subjects who consumed a flavored and sweetened drink mix that contained the same peptide blend in OsoLean™ powder lost significantly more body fat and lost less lean muscle mass when compared with those consuming an isocaloric beverage.*

yea buy organic hemp protein powders. Also, remember if a product says all natural, it doesn't mean it is good. All natural is used very loosely. You need to get organic. Organic and natural are not the same thing. Organic has standards and guidelines they must follow. All natural has no guidelines to follow. All natural does not mean a doggone thing.

Whats the real difference between organic protein shakes and the ones i used to get at gnc? I used to lose alot of weight by drinking protien. I thought it worked pretty good and didn't see a problem. I would eat three squares a day and drink alot of protein between meals to curb my appitite. It worked pretty good but the stuff is just expensive. I used to drink alot of GNC brand MRP(meal replacement protein). Gave me energy and i felt pretty good. Those GNC cups fall apart pretty easy. Whats bad about non organic protein shakes?

Protein powders are processed with extremely high temperatures, denature the molecules and cause neruo-toxicity. Go for raw unprocessed alternatives. The hemp seed mix sounds good. Eggs are brilliant, so is raw whey, bee pollen and comfrey leaves. If you're not vegetarian, go for the organ meats like liver. - from pasture fed, free ranging animals of course.
