TOTAL VS KASHI

Kashi vs total . this started when general mills said that their product had 100% of every vitamin wich is a lie cause u cant put vitamin D in a cereal unless u go to space and take a chunk from the sun( wich we all know you would be crispy ) .So general mills claims that there total is better and has more vitamins than Kashi . First its a miss leading add and they are getting people to buy their product ,but why would you want that garbage in your system ! then they copy buy putting dried fruit in their cereal and they say that its better than kashi , but hello Kashi is organic dont people get the point Gerneral mills is trying to screw the comsumers into believing that their product is good for you but we all know its bad for you ! Kashi on the other hand is 100% organic and has high fiber content . Its organic so why can a product from a proceesed food plant say their product is natural but yet clearly on the box it says Aluminum sulfate ( a perservative) is used and listed on the box . my case in point how can you market a product from a company who make processed food as natural yet its not ? Is this the way the FDA regulate the food ? Isnt this illegal and against the rules . Kashi is organic and hold a certification as organic .
