The people who have degrees and many achievments OR are wealthy/millionaires/billionaires are the happiest people and we should all be acheivers and collect degrees. We have to be in pursuit of becoming the best in any field.
Although I never believed anything to the extreme of this title, I will say that I used to be obsessed with achieving. Every job I have held, starting with my very first I strived to be "the best." I collected my share of degrees (while attempting to get the best grades) and I also entered the "professional" world with the mindset of being at the top.
I am currently unemployed and somewhat unsure of where I am going to go next. I may or may not pursue my professional field further; if I do it will be in a different area then the previous one that I have worked. But right now I am happy. And although I know I will always do a good job doing whatever it is that I do, I no longer feel the incessant need to kill myself to be the best. And that feels so much better than any degree, title or sum of money.

Dear Shannon,
Great change has come over you. You have begun to see through the veil and the conditionings that parents teachers schools universities.... have molded us into. The mindset to 'be' and to 'do' and collect riches amidst the chaos and confusion we are living. We are pursuing an illusive happiness.
Welcome to reality.
Love your response

Wow roy. There you go again. I have no agrument with this post either. However i feel degree's are only important if they dramitacally increase your income. I know alot of people with degree's who aren't making 40K.

Dear Che,
There are many people having no degrees (Bill Gates...) making millions of dollars. This proves that having a degree makes you ready to serve the corporations which operate with limited ethics. Degrees and education means that you have put on the 'blind fold' or lense 'they' want you to look through. They will give you a few crumbs for accepting their mentality a few may even get a bigger piece to tantalize the masses to do the same.
We are fearful and would rather take 'their' word on anything than experiencing first hand whatever it is that they are afraid to show us.
Remember almost all inventors had no degrees.
Love
Roy

ya got me. I guess what i really meant is gettin that money which ever way is more natural to you. I agree. If your a millionare than having a degree is a total waste of time. If your the type of person who doesn't want to take risk but still wants to get paid. Then having degree's is important.

Dear Che,
Degrees .... have thier utilitarian value in our world of materialistic and insatiable dreams.
We have gathered knowledge and have been taught about risks and benefits. We think through our mind and experience through borrowed knowledge, not knowing our own potential. We are always on the lookout for MORE(profits, bigger houses..). This mindset has been working wonders for those that want to control us.
We are not happy being Ordinary. Our EGO is so HUGE we can do anything for it and we want to become something.
Therefore we think we need degrees and Phds...
We take no time to look at ourselves spiritually and know that which is hidden. In our pursuit for outward fulfilment we have sacrificed our self knowledge and life. We have no time to even take care of our physical bodies which degenerate and are diseased so quickly. We can blame others for causing this but we are not ready to be responsible for our life. If we stop relying on others (like doctors..) and stop filling their coffers they will automatically be forced to look elsewhere for thier livelihood.
The whole point from preK upto getting a degree is to divert a budding intelligence towards futile goal and corrupting its mind into acquiring some colorful gizmos or papers (showing property ownership...), which keep changing ever so often.
If you see the sun it shines for all, the bird it sings it song, the grass it just grows, the baby grows (even if it is fed some filthy stuff and injected several times). Do these need a certificate or a degree or any approval from anybody?

Okay. Roy. What if i wanted to buy a car and decided that i needed to make more money? I go to an employer and tell him exactly what you just posted. That colorful peices of paper don't matter and that we have hidden skills inside of us. What do you think his response is going to be. In order for most of us to eat,pay rent and have money left over to invest in things like starting you own bussinesses people need high paying jobs. I reality you need somebody(an employers approval) to get paid. For those of us who are fat anyways. I'm only speaking from a fat persons point of veiw. Fat people need colorfull pieces of paper in order to have nice things. What other ways are there for fat people to be successful. For skills are learned from schools. Not all of them being colleges. But some kind of education usaully requiring you to pay money to learn them. "For every pound your overweight you better pick up a book" Chris Rock. People who are good looking don't need skills. But thats a whole different discussion.

Roy, you're gorgeous. I know exactly what you mean. Have you read the 'Anastasia' series? I love those books because it gives a solution to the problems of todays monetary and slave mentality society.

Karen, you are a beautiful lady. I have not read any of the 'Anastasia series' books. But I just read a book on spirituality and started sitting quiet, noticing my breath. Then as things progressed I saw the futility of all the 'achievments' and 'becoming'. Our life on earth is short, so are we here to own properties and get PHDs or .... , are we in pursuit of an illusion. We are here for some other reason and that is to know ourselves. But do we have the time? As far as monetary problems are concerned, when one can think from the heart and not the head, one can solve every problem which one comes across completely.
