From what i have read the best way to get all the nutrients from wheat grass is to grow it and juice it yourself. But if you want a good green powder I would recommend Dr. Robert Youngs - Doc broc powder. At www.phmiracleliving.com

I agree with Christine where juiced fresh wheatgrass is best. For that matters, you can juice with with other vegetables, such as celery or spinach. The nutrients are alive and very much assimilative.
If you're not the green-thumb type (let's face it: some people can just kill plants by looking at it, you know?), you can just as easily pick up ready-grown organic wheatgrass at a local organic health food store. They're generally pretty inexpensive and it lasts for quite a while.
I even leave out a wad of wheatgrass for the dog to munch on.
