Does anyone know where I could get the best/potent vitamin C ?
I am looking for the best vitamin C to combat the upcoming flu season.
Thank you in advance for your help and advise.
There is a website called purebulk.com that sells L-Ascorbic Acid. This is said to be the best type of vitamin C to take
I read a lot about on DEDI President Jay Kimball's website, I believe he is still imprisoned by the FDA, but his website gave extensive information about it, if you like to read. I'm sure doing a web search will reveal many interesting facts about it.
I also watched some videos on youtube about it very interesting. Apparently the reason why vitamin C is so good is not really because the vitamin C but because the electrons that it is able to give to immune system responders that allows them to keep on fighting.
It is best to buy a vitamin c supplement 1,000mg. The dose will show take one per day. However if I become unwell I will up that amount up to 10,000mg per day if I need to. Please note that this is what I would do, and have done in the past. It does not mean that it is the correct cure for yourself.
Knowhow is right. I buy L-Absorbic acid in powder form. You can use this in high doses also to flush your colon. A quick easy colon cleanse. You take a teaspoon in 8oz water every fifteen minutes until your bowls move and then one a hour later to rehydrate your body. Good stuff.
Vitamin C cannot be manufactured by the body.. It must be ingested.. And it works best with its own naturally occuring minerals and amino acids that are found in pure vitamin C. The best Vitamin C is food source PURE vitamin C... of course we cannot eat enough food to get enough Vitamin C... There is one product that is PURE vitamin C that is enhanced by a full profile of naturally occuring minerals and amino acids as well as several B vitamins..
I don't want to post something CC considers advertising so just email me at netherland125@yahoo.com
I think those little cherry tomatoes have more vitamin C in them then even an Orange, we have them in the garden so we can eat them off the vine. I don't no if the supplements get fully absorbed by the body someone here will have advice.
Karen... Sadly we cannot eat enough food itself to get the needed vitamins for our body.. And your right -- when it comes to "synthetic" vitamins -- the absorbsion rate is terrible... My post above explains that using a whole food source vitamin C supplement is a different thing all together and does work well... and works fast... If you scroll up you will see my post and a link to a good article. I take an excellent whole food vitamin C supplement that is PURE vitamin C...
