Steve,

No, what you're missing is the fact that EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT PHYSIOLOGY (Gawd, what does it take to make that sink in? LOL).

Earlier you claimed that it takes 48 hours for meat to pass through the human digestive tract. That's what your "research" showed. Well today I had chicken wings for lunch and it passed through in 3-4 hours. So your "fact" is... well, it's not a fact.

Gee. Do you think that digestive health might be a factor in digestion?

Personally, I was taking supplements on a vegan diet over two years ago (enzymes, probiotics) and today this has not changed. I take them regardless of the diet. It's my choice and what *I* see is best for my physiology.

Were they around 1,000 years ago? Of course not. But we're not dealing with the same grade of soil today as we were 1,000 years ago. Or 50 years ago, for that matters. It is a fool who thinks that he's getting the same nutrients in the same food as what was grown 1,000 years ago. Organic, raw, steamed or tossed into a fire pit.

Lastly, what you fail to understand regarding the Bible, the Koran or studies of the Dalai Lama, is that THEY ARE SPIRITUAL GUIDELINES. Not roadmaps to physical health. Get that point, and you might actually stop using the Bible as a tool to degrade others' personal dietary needs.

Actually Tim the Bible was not written as a religious book. It contains a calendar that has not been wrong yet. I found out about it in 2001. Using it, I told people that a major event would happen later in September, and it did. I also told people that the banks would start to crash in 2008 way back in 2001 using that calendar, and that happened as well. There are hundreds of other examples, but you have to know how to read it to understand it, plus you need to read the original unaltered version. This has nothing to do with me, but rather that I learned how to read it. There is an Egyptian pyramid and an Aztec pyramid with the same calendars. I studied those as well, and they say the same thing. Watch and see as things really start to happen in the near future.

It's not about "beliefs", but rather about facts.

The physiology is only different because it has been altered from the food. Food that came from altered soil, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc. The point is to reverse those things and repair them, not trying to adapt to them. Those who try to adapt only get sicker in the long run. I have seen it happen with others. It is better to get back to nature and remove the toxins. That also means quit adding them. It's not just my opinion, but it is fact. There are tons of studies coming from the Gerson Institute, plus multiple other places starting to use the Gerson Therapy to cure cancer and many other major diseases.

Recently a documentary called Dying To Have Known shows how a doctor in Japan cured his own cancer with the Gerson Therapy. He and several other doctors have now used it to cure over 500 other people using it. The biggest parts of the Gerson Therapy are a raw food diet, juicing, and cleansing (including coffee enemas).

Dr Max Gerson documented over 1500 people that he cured of cancer before he was poisoned to death by Merck pharmaceutical corporation. Since then the "treating" of cancer has become a $200 billion dollar per year industry. It's all about the money. Nutritional therapy is virtually free, just adjust your grocery shopping habits, and do some cleanses.

Steve:

Honestly, you speak as an atheist (which is fine, if that's your "religion") but the simple fact is that most people who use the Bible do so for spiritual guidance.

With that in mind, it is DEFINATELY about your "facts" as you've interpreted them for yourself, and not about beliefs. Please bear in mind that others view their beliefs as FACTS.

It's a matter of viewpoint as to what is a "truth." The greater truth is one that is more universally applied.

A druggie who suddenly has a "revelation" about God while on LSD perceives the experience as a truth. Where a father who sees his newborn for the first time sees the workings of God and is capable of seeing such workings in all the different areas of his life... and that to him is an unshakable fact.

Do you see? "Truth" is all about perception.

"The physiology is only different because it has been altered from the food."

In my opinion, yes and no. As in another topic I was discussing this in, I feel that emotional health plays a major role in how physiology is altered.

For example, a simple observation is that one who chronically worries, or is afraid or angry, tends to have overworked or tired adrenal glands. Or their digestion is poor. Or they can't sleep. Or they're not hungry. Or they eat too much!

I'm not saying that you're wrong. But I am saying that it's not the COMPLETE truth as there are other factors to poor health than just "food."

Emotional health is one such factor.

Hi Dawn, I can give you some sources for good bone supplements if you like. I researched that subject pretty extensively and I paid for a newsletter about it. I'll look it up in my files. Nyota1

Learning about the link between glyconutrients and joint pain is an important step in understanding how to control your arthritis pain. Glyconutrients are one of the most important discoveries to help you deal with arthritis in the last century. For years, scientists and doctors have struggled to understand how the body cells communicate with each other. Understanding this "code" can mean the difference between pain relief and feeling the pain at night / when you wake up. The code, though, appears to be glyconutrients. If our immune cells falsely recognize our joint cartilage cells as foreign to our bodies then the immune system cells will facilitate a cascade reaction to get rid of our own cartilage cells --- communication barrier is evident! (In fact, ALL auto-immune diseases are reportedly and amazingly better with consumption of glyconutrients due to the fact that auto-immune diseases are present because of the lack of communication between cells! ~~ cells attacking or not attacking the right cells.)

People who take glyconutrients report feeling better with less fatigue, less stiffness, joint pain, headache and a sense of improve vitality and vigor. The best natural sources of glyconutrients have been used for centuries as healing medicinal compounds. Glyconutrients can be found in Breast Milk (Fucose, Galactose, N-acetylnueraminic acid, and N-acetylglucosamine), Aloe Vera (Mannose), Saps and gums of trees and plants from a variety of vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, corn, carrots, coconuts and Echinacea ( Arabinose, Galactose, Rhamnose and Glucuronic Acid) and Pectin fiber from fruits like apples and vegetable such as pumpkins. In a nutshell, glyconutrients works to rebuild cartilage in the joints, increase the range of motion, and decrease the debilitating pain that is the disease hallmark.

Your plan of therapy, Dawn, should be to supplement a healthy diet, get the appropriate amount of exercise and to meditate away your stress. As far as mineral supplementation goes, find a good plant-sourced one. These will not include really high % for RDA (i.e. - 3,000 %) because in nature, that is not how they come and that is definitely not how we are suppose to consume them. The reason for such high numbers (in the lab-created minerals) is because 10% or less is actually absorbed in our cells! The rest gets flushed down the toilet.

I'm just supposing it is best to not eat anything inorganic! Chelating minerals seems so unnatural to me --- why settle for less than what our bodies are meant to absorb/digest on its own..... instead of "tricking" our bodies to absorb them, if I may ask? Natural order of things ~~ minerals from plants and plant-sourced supps.

Most dietary magnesium comes from vegetables, such as dark green, leafy vegetables. Other foods that are good sources of magnesium:

* Fruits or vegetables (such as bananas, dried apricots, and avocados)
* Nuts (such as almonds and cashews)
* Peas and beans (legumes), seeds
* Soy products (such as soy flour and tofu)
* Unrefined Whole grains (such as brown rice and millet)

That's right treesha. Eating a natural, organic, raw, plant based diet is the best way to go. That's one of the main keys to curing cancer, the other is to get the toxins and animal fat out of the way. "You can't have 2 things in the same place at the same time. You have to get the toxins out in order to get the vitamins in there", Charlotte Gerson.
got a question... with the mention of mercury fillings... does anyone know approximately how much it costs to replace a mercury filling with one that is actually safe?

and, (okay, two questions)... my son has a silver cap on one tooth... should i be worried about that too?

will appreciate all feedback.

Silver, gold and porcelain are all good as far as I know. I was just starting to look into that stuff myself recently. The most natural dentist that I could find in the area said that those are the only 3 things they use.

that answered my question !!! thanks
