Joan---how did the flush go !! I have noticed people using lemons for a lot of things. If you did not do the livie cleanse with the olive oil--what kind of flush did you do or was this just another type of liver cleanse ??

The Greenhills Store sounds great.I will have to try it.I will be residing in Hendersonville,do you know of any places close to there?

Whole Foods Grocery and Body store is an excellent store in Greenhills. . A little pricey but there are a lot of bargains. They cook you a meal fresh and organic right there will you wait. One trip and you will love it. They have a lot of samples to try out to . Hope you had a lovely trip.

As for the liver flush...their are many.The on I did was simple.Use the juice of one lemon and four ounces extra vigin olive oil.drink that really fast and lie on your right side and repeat in 30 minutes.Within 24 hours
you should pass stones,or maybe just a big ball of yellow slime.Have fun:)
