I've had (yeah ....HAD) Acid Reflux for years, until I tried Apple Cider Vinager (pills), combined with Digestive Enzymes. This is a miracle cure. I still have the heartburn from time to time, but nothing compare with what I HAD before. Try it!

Betaine HCL (or Apple Cider Vinegar) 30 minutes before eating.
Digestive Enzymes while eating. Plus eat whole foods, some raw foods and leave off foods that make it worse (i.e. for me it was sweets, potatoes, sweet tea) because if you've had it long you probably have some erosion or burned places in your stomach and possibly your esophogus that need to heal. I did, and I hurt every day even on acid blockers. I took Aloe Vera juice to "heal" these burns, took the HCL and Enzymes and I also did some cleanses, like the ones mentioned by KT. The Candida Cleanse was the first one I did and I went on an antifungal diet while taking a product called Yeast Cleanse, but you can (and I have) take Capryllic Acid (comes from coconuts), Grapefruit seed extract, or Oregano Oil they all kill off the yeast. Then you also need to put the "good bacteria" back in your digestive tract with a good probiotic. I have been reflux free for nearly 5 years. And I don't take anything on a daily basis for heartburn or reflux anymore! Hope this helps you.

My wife suffered from acid reflux. A friend ntroduced me to this sie and product and we have been taking it for about 2 years, and my wife no longer suffers from acid reflux or has to take harmful medicines. She only drinks 1 to 2 ounces per day. For about $1 per day average cost. It helps other ailments to. Its also listed in the medical PDR for Non-Prescription drugs and dietary supplements.
