i have a close friend that is adhd and she is attending school to get her into vet school...its her dream and she is trying to find a way to not let her adhd get in the way..she has tried the meds and it makes her feel horrible. Joined this group to see if it will help us get closer to letting her be herself

My son has adhd and we have tried different medicines. Though some seem to work, the side effects were horrible,not to metion what long term effects it may cause our son. So we took him off of the medicines. I found this site through a nurse, She said that there were natural alternatives to deal with adhd,so I rushed to check it out. Are there certain foods or drinks in general that can be omitted from his diet? If so, does anyone have a list? I refuse to expose my son to any more medications that could hurt him later in life. Any help or words of advice would be greatly apprieciated.

who has tried static magnetism, far infrared, energized water, good nutrition and negative ions in synergy? any experiences with this?
