Though some seem to work, the side effects were horrible,not to metion what long term effects it may cause our son. So we took him off of the medicines. I found this site through a nurse, She said that there were natural alternatives to deal with adhd,so I rushed to check it out. Are there certain foods or drinks in general that can be omitted from his diet? If so, does anyone have a list? I refuse to expose my son to any more medications that could hurt him later in life. Any help or words of advice would be greatly apprieciated.
