abdominal pain, high bp & enlarged bile, pncreatic dicts

can anyone reply to the different hours during the night that each organ heals, rests itself? I remember reading the list of hours each organ does this, and of course when I need to have this info, can't remember! I am awakened each night between 2 -3 am in pain with high bp. The drs don't know anything about this cycle of course. thanks for your input. Linda sue
