If any one has blatter control problems 2 table spoons of Vingar to a quart of water more vingar if need. Will nuturlize the acide from the urin. Give one a fresh feeling. Between showers.

I used Vingar in the last rinse of my baby clothes & Diapers.

If one puts to much soap or cleanser in the dish washer or on the floor, or in the wash machine. Use a cup of vingar to cut the suds

ACV helps me with my gas! Ok,

I just started taking 1 teaspoon of acv 3 x a day. Just started today because it is fermented and i need to be on probiotics right now because of stopping the master cleanse diet for 30 days. Please comment if you can. Need advice and tips for eating all natural and keeping everything in balance. I've lost 25 lbs. and seems as though colon is still not done cleaning out. i am very overweight, but not for long. acv and cooking is another thing i'm interested in. i'll check chatroom too.

I take it twice daily with 2 teaspoons of honey =] its really great stuff! I'm from bristol UK and buy all mine from The Apple Cider Vinegar Company they are a small company from the south west and all there products have the `mother` in.

Its the only thing that helps my asthema, I take it 3 times a day about an hour before large meals, havent had a bad attack in almost a year (as long as I stay away from cigar smoke)
