i can only tell you i have seen excellent results with many things doing this in unison, see if you have done these and do they make sense? the earth's magnetic field is decreased 30% and we have magnetic chaos, so add a magnetic sleep pad and daytime 'static' magnetism, not EMF. Add far infrared (the healthy sunlight rays). add negative ions (they are high near ocean and show benefits). add great nutrition to go with everything. add clean, ph balanced energized water, add great nutrition. keep me posted.
I used to be much more severely bipolar when I was younger, but it's still an issue for me. It's a weird combination of being obsessed and having the attention span of a gnat. I was sometimes able to shift my obsessive focus from one item or idea to another, but that's about all I have to offer. Try to fixate on something constructive, or some project you can physically do. I've noticed that for me stress vitamins seem to really help keep me in balance. I don't have any particular brand to suggest, I just get stuff at my health food store. They're mostly b-complex and c.
