Iam my own best doctor and I believe that cholesterol is used to mend damaged cells and tears in the vascular walls. I also believe one should have some liver tests and or gallbladder tests. Cholesterol as well as overweight (not talking about weight from fast foods) are symptoms that somehow have become diseases on their own.
