I'm thinkin about going thru a cleansing process about now...but i'm going to fast for a bit first.. to see if my body willl just flush itself out naturally without any em"bareass"ing processes.......i have this 10 pds that just doesnt want to melt off me hehe I'm open to any advice (from readers ) too :-)

Hi everybody! I just joined this site! I wanted to share a "colonic" I have been using that I LOVE!!! It's called "Healthcleanz!" It's amazing, you just hook up the "healthcleanz" in your shower, and then presto changeo, you have an at home hydro colon therapy device. It works just the same, if not better, as a real place you would go to, except there's no embarrassment! If you have any questions call me! It's seriously amazing! I feel awesome, full of energy, the list goes on and on!!!!! Let me know if any of you find it and what you think about it!

I have bought individual supplements such as: spirulina, triphala, charcoal, probiotics, physillum husk powder, flax seeds/oil. The brands vary from country life, whole foods, planetary herbs, prima herbs.
I like to control how I feel with each product rather than just picking up a set that has all of the ingredients already. I guess this is my learning process....until I know which supplement does what....
