I have bought individual supplements such as: spirulina, triphala, charcoal, probiotics, physillum husk powder, flax seeds/oil. The brands vary from country life, whole foods, planetary herbs, prima herbs.
I like to control how I feel with each product rather than just picking up a set that has all of the ingredients already. I guess this is my learning process....until I know which supplement does what....

- Hello, I am about to start colon cleansing and I am overwhelm with all the information and name of different supplements. I started the probiotics and it is amazing the feeling. I started doing fruits and vegetable soups. I have read to do it between 3 to 7 days. Does anyone have different information? How often can you do it? Do you need to rest in between cleanses? Do you continue with the supplements after the 7 days? I am just full of questions about it...help
