I think I need to up my water because I have been on the colonix for almost a month and havent had much results so far. But I have notice a slight increase in my energy but definitly none of that stuff that they show in the pictures.

I have been on the Colonix and the Toxout for apprx 2 months now and I can say without a doubt that my energy level is up and I am not experiencing the level of fatique that I once was. The secret with this is to drink plenty of water, at least 8-10oz daily or it is not as effective.

I have just started on the colon cleanse (my 1st week) The first thing I seemed to notice is that my energy level has perked up somewhat. As stated I am just getting started. I have also been suffering with lower left side back pain. I'm not positively sure yet but seems as if it is slacking off just a bit. I am keeping an eye on this though. Keeping in touch as I go.
