Wannabee Founders Brainstorm Thread
I know some of you are thinking that you don't want to share your secret ideas because you don't want somebody else getting your prospects. But let's face it, most of us didn't make what we thought was the deadline. And if you continue to do the same thing, you will continue to get the same results. So I am hoping those who want to become founders can all contribute here ideas on how to get people and discuss what is working for them and what isn't working for them. The more energy we put into this, the more we are going to benefit, and when we help each other out it will make us feel better about becoming founders which will help us achieve this dream, if that is your dream. So let's brain storm what is working for us and what isn't.

So far all of my members have been referred through this natural cures community website.
I have 5 people underneath me.
Here is ways I have tried that haven't delivered any results.
#1 Google advertisements
#2 Facebook advertisements
#3 Flyer advertisements to people's houses (legal in Canada)
#4 Messaging all my friends on facebook
#5 Random facebook messaging
#6 Handing out CD's and flyers at money making seminars
#7 Putting CD's and flyers on car windows
#8 Asking people I know
#9 Emailing everybody on my contact list
Results.... ZERO REFERRALS
Now... this is not to say these ways don't work... but it didn't work for me. None of them, not one single person joined. They all said, I can't afford it or it's a scam.
And they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS asked me;
- Well how much are you making?
- How much have you made?
- If you're making so much money why don't you pay for my initiation fee?
- Etc....
And while I have got 5 people from here, I believe it's all tapped out by now, so I am not counting on any more recruits from this site.
The one method I haven't tried that Kevin has talked about the most is, send a personalized letter to somebody's house by mail and follow up with a phone call. Kevin says this is the most effective way. This also seems to be pretty cost effective, and let me tell you, I spent close to $1000 learning that I needed to approach things a different way. I believe we can help eachother out and come up with some effective ideas.
So let's put our heads together and become a group of founders!

One method I was told about today is to have an accountability buddy. Get a friend who's also involved and you call each other for at least a couple minutes every night. Do a sort of mini de-briefing for the day and go over what you did to work toward your goal. Then you're motivated to at least do a little bit for the day, as you know you're going to be questioned.
Also, as I said before, I've got a decent mastermind group on facebook, so if anyone wants to get involved with that, add me and I'll invite you.
And then there's the free marketing training to small business strategy I've been working on. I haven't had a chance to do much on it as I might have liked to, but now I've got another month, and some extra time, so I'll get on it.

Agreed everyone. Jason pretty much listed exactly what i've been doing since july.
I have 7 affiliates under me but no paid members, for the reasons jason had mentioned.
so....now that we're in the same boat... lol
we need a chatroom or come on this forum once a night or as often as possible and discuss our ideas in more of a real-time meeting.
I have sent out 10-15 personal letters, and have more to go, haven't followed up with the phone call yet.
my best recruiting was using myspace, and literally hand-picking people. I'd send them something simple like:
Hello!
I have hand-picked you, I am recruiting for a global group of like minded highly influential, affluent, and freedom-orientated people from various business, social and economic sectors. Our goal is to provide a safe haven where members can build mutually beneficial long-term relationships to help one another better achieve each their goals, desires and dreams. The belief is that this rare and unique ability to associate with people from around the world allows each member special advantages that they would not have as isolated individuals.
Please contact me regarding this limited-time opportunity.
There are money making opportunities for members, however, this is NOT a job offer.

it was pretty effective at getting responses, it was like a 2 out of every 5 would at least respond wanting to know more.
it seemed once they hit the point that it said its 1000 dollars they bailed.
i've tried communicating with them explaining where the money goes and what you get out of it, still to no avail.
some sign up as affiliates, but have not paid for membership. I have 2 that are basically promising they are going to upgrade, one in Ohio and one in Australia. they are pretty excited about it.
@Andrew, my spouse and I keep a dreambook/achievement book and are always looking at it.
it works for us so far!

I totally agree with you on this one Jason, I do not have anyone under my name and I would love to have the benefits and luxuries that the founders will have. So if you already have your ten people, then why don't you reach out to the individuals who have not reached their goals yet. I know I will become a founder, but I need the help and support of my fellow members to achieve that goal. Please help.. maybe I can return the favor.
So this is how it works:
1. After you get your ten people, pick someone from GIN and help them get their ten.
2. After that person has gotten their ten then they move on to the next person until everyone in this community has achieved their goals. Members helping members
3. Everyone is happy and God bless!

Everyone should make a list of their names and affiliate code and we all write it down so that we can check of the people that we have helped to at least get their 10.

Iv been spreading the good word about GIN mainly by word of mouth. IV told everyone i can think of why GIN is the best thing since sliced bread(organic bread of corse lol) I explain GIN pretty good dont leave anything out always tell them to go to the main website and listen to all audios. 0 sign ups. Im gunna print out the invitation letter soon tweek it ah little and mail it to everyone as a follow up. Its proveing difficult so far.

just curious.. how many of you are actively using a dream book each day? Kevin says everything depends on the dream book thats why I ask. I have only one member under me, but I'm starting to get more prospects every day. How do you guys use your dream book? I like to write in it once in the morning and once at night and I always read through all of my affirmations after I write new ones.

i was out distributing flyers last night at 2:30am to 4:30am, which is legal here in Canada. Sent out about 150 to upper middle class homes, then I had a dream I got people. Dreams are manifestations, so I know its working.

5 members is great success. I have some affiliates also, I will find some way make them join lol.
We need to target people who are 'qualified' for GIN. Showing this to general public is waste of time.

I too have found it more difficult than I anticipated to get people to join. I utilized Google ads, YouTube, created a website, and called several business contacts. The majority of people were skeptical and also believed it to be a scam. They just don't get it! Luckily I was able to get five people to join as members from this and I currrently have 11 affiliates on the first level. I was absolutely determined to be a founder, and I was able to meet the original deadline. I realized that there was no way that I was going to get the 10 that I needed from utilizing the tools I mentioned above. I had to do something drastic, which I realize most people aren't able to do but I thought I would share what I did. I started making an offer to certain people that I know that I would sponsor them and cover their $1,000. They would have to take over the monthly dues. I told them that they could pay me back when they are making money with GIN. Of course I am not counting on this 100% because not everyone will be motivated to stick with GIN.
I considered my sponsorship as an investment. I knew that I could spend some money now for a return later (probably next year) when I reach level five. I also knew that some of my members would get other members, and that I would get a commission from them. I was able to get my father to join as well and he has gotten his 10 as well. If the deadline for being a founder is approaching and you are close to getting your 10, I would recommend you sponsor as many people as you need. It is totally up to you, but consider it an investment and hope that GIN sticks around and fulfills its promises.

Hi Suzelaine. I don't recommend Google ads because it can get expensive and the results weren't too great. I think it is a must to have your own website so that you can direct people to it. After you create a website, you should try to advertise on YouTube or any other similar sites. This is free and should get some exposure. You can look at my website for ideas if you like: www.globalinformationetwork.com or my dad's at www.theglobalinformationetwork.com. I also called many business contacts and co-workers, but I had limited success with this. It takes a certain type of person to really take an interest in GIN. People who don't understand secret societies or the NWO have a hard time understanding the signficance of this. They are also very skeptical and the first thing people do when I tell them about GIN is they google his name and find all of the garbage. I find that it is better to tell people up front about Kevin and his past so that when they go to these websites they aren't influenced so much by them.
