Ok....this is a challenge! I want to challenge everyone here to drink a quart of green smoothies daily for a month and report back to me what differences you have noticed. They did this in the book called (Green For Life) and the results were amazing. Let's all do this and see where it goes. Let me know who is interested and lets report back once a week for a month. Ready, set GO!
Ok.....lets all start Monday....If you have already started then that's fine....more the merrier! Once you add your greens and fruit....it ususallly adds up to about a quart. I use a big blender! Ok....lets report back on the following monday after tomorrow! Ready, set, go!
Ok....today is check in day! How did everyone do on there first week of doing a quart of green smoothies? One BIG difference I have noticed is my bowels are working GREAT and if I happen to be late taking my smooothie that day I just don't have the same effects. I have more energy and just feel centered and ballanced when I drink these. This is just a start but im expecting my moles to fall off just like the lady said in the book!
The nutrients from the greens must be helping me to stay up later at night (up late reading info on this community and other research) and still feel rested in the morning.
Oh, that's wondeful! Alot of people in the book I read had similar results. Green smoothies always makes me feel a sense of balance and good digestion. Great!
Ok! Today is 1 week and 1 day on green smoothies. I am feeling somewhat better....more 'aware'. I have energy - not to not ever stop for the day but to rest and then get up and finish my duties for the day. I used to have to get everything done BEFORE I sat down because I would not get up again until bed. At work today I mentioned the smoothies and now they want me to bring some to them in the morning! Will report again next Monday.
Aren't they amazing? "Bring me some?" I think I'd be telling everybody to throw in like pot luck ... leafy greens, fruits, nuts and/or seeds and take my blender and make them in the lunch room!!!!! Maybe you take some of the things that really make 'em tasty like bee pollen or maca powder!!
Oh, that's awesome! Keep on going! I bet by a month we will have some great stories to tell! I know what ya mean about feeling more AWARE....I have felt that way too. Like my brain is working better! Great job!
