I know what you mean by binge eating, I used to eat at all you can eat buffets just to feel full before doing the cleanses and the HCG protocol. I lost over 100lbs in less than 6 months with the HCG protocol. Now I run and play tag with the kids in the neighborhood just about everyday. Life is much better now that I feel better. For me it wasn't about appearance as much as how I felt. I used to feel sick and weighted down all the time, now I am full of life and energy. It's great!

Check out my photo album for some motivation. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days no problem. And I have a history of binge eating.

I set up a group for the recommended cleanses here. I still need to finish posting all of the information, but it is getting there. I don't recommend brand names as much as I do the specific things to get. Feel free to join the group to learn more about the cleanses.
