Hello every one i just join the group and am on my 2nd loading day and feel awfull i cant wait till i start VLCD i am over welmed with the fat i have over a 100lbs to lose so hope this work for me.

Hi everyone!
This is my 17th day,so far i lost 15 pounds.It is getting harder every day.I'm not hungry physicaly but i gess mentally.I miss normal taste of food.A few days ago i have stoped loosing weight so i got on 6 apples that day.Next day i lost 2.5 pounds and according to the protocol that should reschedule my normal weight loss,but on the next day again my weight loosing stoped,i dont know what to do.I dont understand why eating 500 cal a day will not make you loose anything.Any advise?

The drops are a lot of hype. They will help, but are not as effective as the injections are. HCG pills are even worse, so avoid those for sure.

KT has helped a lot of people in a lot of ways and I am grateful for him pointing me in the right direction, but he does not know everything. He is also a business man trying to make some money. There are cheaper or more effective ways to do the cleanses and HCG than what some of his recommendations are. His recommendations are all good, but not always the best.

Mary, there are several cleanses, but the main ones are Candida, parasites, liver and colon. You will also want to eat organic food, I recommend eating mostly raw organic fruits and vegetables for health as well as weight loss.

Mary, Kevin Trudeau does not endorse the drops just the injections. We get all of our information from Kevin's book "The Weight Loss Cure." That's where you will find all the little details of what to do regarding what to eat and what cleanses to do beforehand. I'm sure there are people who have done the drops that can help you, but probably not on this discussion forum. I think Steve and I are the only ones who have done the hcg.

HI EVERYONE, I HAVE SPENT HIURS AND HOURS RESEARCHUNG HCG. I CHOSE THE DROPS BECAUSE I REALLY DONT LIKE NEEDLES. ALL OF THE DISCUSSIONS I HAVE SEEN , SEEM TO BE BETWEEN EVERYONE WHO KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. I AM NOT CLEAR ON ANYTHING. WHAT CLEANSES ARE YOU REFERING TO? WHERE CAN I FIND ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS OF WHAT TO DO?
I HAVE THE WEIGHT LOSS CURE AND HAVE READ THO PROTOCOL AND STILL HAVE NO EXACT IDEA OF WHAT TO DO. I THOUGHT THAT TRUDEAU PROMOTES A HCG DROP. YET NO ONE SEEMS TO BE USING THE DROPS ON THIS CHAT GROUP. I CHOSE THIS GROUP BECAUSE IT SEEMS ACTIVE. HOPE SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT TO DO. MARY

Yes, I use the 1/2" insulin syringes, and they are so small that you rarely ever even feel them. Even when you do, they don't hurt anyway.

My friend Amy has a great suggestion for taking the injections. Grab some of the fat around your waist area that you can't stand, pinch it in your fingers and jam that thing in there like you are trying to vanquish it. It seems to work for a lot of other people.

Carlos, use the 1/2" needles and inject in your stomach. I have never done it that way. I have used the longer needles, but it sounds like SteveSega has used the subcutaneous needles. I've used the 1" needles for two years now that it's just not a big deal, but the first time, of course, I was petrified. I'm not a nurse or a drug user so I had never done anything like that before. Hcg is a great way to jump start weight loss. I never would have lost my weight if it weren't for hcg. I would still be 232 pounds. Well, I would probably weigh more.

At this moment i have not done the protocol myself yet. I'm doing my cleansers first and then will be starting the protocol. But, there is one problem. I'm not very good with needles.
