I did HCG with SQ injections rather than IM injections. It was as effective as the IM, but without the pain or the risk. Injections are more effective than drops or pills are any day. I lost over 110lbs in 8 months with the HCG protocol. Make sure you do the cleanses first, or it won't be very effective for you.

Hi, Donna, have you done hcg? I think I remember you from before. You are on my friends' list.

Mary, I did not do the drops. I injected hcg with 1" needle into my thigh, butt or shoulder.

Carlos, have you done hcg?
