Is HCG Really Necessary?

Just want any of your thoughts as to whether there other ways to get similar results as HCG usage.

The re-structuring of the weight, the younger appearance and the "not-looking-like-a dried-up-prune results" tell the tale. Weight maintained 9 mos, went up a little and tried it again and lost more. Have 10-15 lbs to go and can't wait to finish it off. NOTHING ELSE HAS EVER WORKED FOR ME. I am very near my ideal weight which makes it more difficult to be successful and yet I am.
