Embarrasing problem

Hi everyone, was wondering if anyone had any idea of a natural cure for this problem; that works quickly! For a while, I've been broken out in my genital area, which happened after I used a hair remover. There are things that the best I can describe look like skin tags towards the top, and other bumps down farther. I did have them looked at by the doctor, and was perscribed some hydrocortizone ( or something like that) cream; which hasn't seemed to have much, if any effect on them. The doctor told me they might have to be lazered off, is there a natural alternative to this? I think the doctor may have said they were polyps, but I'm not sure.
