Comment by Angela Amaya Neywick on April 25, 2008 at 9:41am - OK! I'm going to give this a try. I have been have skin rash breakouts and allergies. The seem to be more frequent as the years go by. I'm hoping this will bring some relief. This is my first day to try oil pulling. I will check back in a week. Today i have small little breakout on my face and my leg. I'm having a tiny bit trouble breathing. I leave in Texas, which they say is probably the worst place to live for allergies. Say a prayer for me that i get a little relief! Blessings to all! Angela ;-)
