This is a subject that I have recently been looking into, and I found myself in shock that I wasnt aware of any of this before.
Me, a person who has been interested in health matters and new breakthroughs most of my adult life, just now finding out about something I should have known about long ago. I was a little embarrased at first, and then my embarrasment turned to rightous anger as I realized just how much money Ive thrown out the window on probiotic products that were probably bottom of the line junk, and costly junk at that. So here I am, starting a group to share what little Ive found out so far, and hopefully learn more as we go along.
Any unbiased non product promoting information is happily welcomed. : )
