My goal is to do 100% raw..starting with a cleanse by the raw divas this week. I get Abelas blog and love it. Have Matts books too. I love you guys! My picture is my first bite of food afteer a 17 day water fast at Tanglewood 2 years ago. I miss that place. Wish I could afford to go back. Hopefully soon!

I love the Raw way of life. I am not 100% and have to admit that I have bounced back and forth. But I can say Eating Raw food has gotten rid of my arthritis in my knees, helped with my overall outlook on life. I love it. These people in this group are great and I see alot of familiar faces that are wonderful teachers. Thanks for having me.

Denise, there is a new menu every week. You place your order by the weekend and receive your order for the week at your door early the next week. The foods are very good. Dishes like Cucumber Watercress soup, Thai Coleslaw, Tostada and Salsa, Seed Cheese wrap (very good) and Chocolate cocnut fudge.

Thanks for the website Renee- there are some yummy sounding recipes on there. How does your raw food service work- does your food get delivered to your house daily? What kinds of food?

Denise, I haven't made a raw food dish yet but when I start making it myself, I think I will use the cookbook of the owner of the raw food service that I'm using. As far as a website for raw recipes...goneraw.com has a very extensive list of recipes.

My son's ND recommended that he eat only raw organic fruits, vegs, nuts, seeds & sprouts. So that is how the whole family is eating. I am finding it difficult. I would like to know how others do it. What do you typically eat in a day? Are there some good websites out there with recipes?

This month, I've been reading so much about the benefits of eating raw. I decided to try it out. This is my 2nd week of getting a raw food service delivered to my home. I'm quite releaved at how flavorful and creative raw food dishes can be.
