Can someone explain to me what Braggs Liquid Ominos actually is? I see it in alot of raw food recipes and was wandering! I have heard good and bad things about it. Is it good or bad to use? I do like the Nama Shoya....though!

I love it I use it often it don't have the salt in it like soy it taste just like it I put it on asparagus and rice

Cayce, I did a search in the forums and this is what Dot Warner says...
"avoid the Braggs Liquid Aminos - it is basically hydrolyzed soy protein - which acts just like MSG - which makes tumors grow! Just stick with the sea salt instead. Or lemon juice or herbs."

Oh, goodness....probally best to avoid it then! I have found a good organic, wheat free tamari sauce that I will probally use instead or use the lemon juice and sea salt instead. Thanks you guys!
