Comment by Denise on March 22, 2008 at 5:25pm - My son's ND recommended that he eat only raw organic fruits, vegs, nuts, seeds & sprouts. So that is how the whole family is eating. I am finding it difficult. I would like to know how others do it. What do you typically eat in a day? Are there some good websites out there with recipes?

Comment by Renee on March 21, 2008 at 7:19pm - This month, I've been reading so much about the benefits of eating raw. I decided to try it out. This is my 2nd week of getting a raw food service delivered to my home. I'm quite releaved at how flavorful and creative raw food dishes can be.
