Well I haven't tried an omega 3 substance yet,
I take Bee Pollen until I can get some omega 3
which is on the top of my list, Richard?

I thank Kevin everytime I go to the grocery store because I use to be a consumer who would just throw things in my cart & not even read. Imagine that no common sense? Not anymore, & know I'm so swift at not touching things that arn't good to consume, that it brings JOY to me that THEY DON'T receive my money for Hokus Pokus, ingredients, ha-ha-ha!

I know that if I worked for the people who make our food they would FIRE ME because I ask to many questions? I can see me know, hay Mr. Manager why we got to wear so many pairs of gloves to stir food? And why is their tight security around the building it's only food and why am I itching something ain't right? I can hear the manager know GET HER OUT OF HERE! See that's what greed do to people. M-M-M me oh my it goes down on Planet Earth! Always making ya laugh, tif

Hello everyone.
What concerns me is what ingredients they leave out. (unless, of course, they're written with invisible ink). If I told you what they put in hot dogs, in inyou would all probably puke. If you do eat those critters, definitely by organic or kosher.

I do read labels now. I gave one of my books (by Kevin) to a family member to read - that lives in another state. I think that book had some good information - of ingredients in products. Some ingredients I do not know what they are (on labels) - so I figure if I can not read it...I do not want to buy it.
