Does anyone know how dangerous phenol is it is in every sun block

Hi new to the group. Been using this really cool website to look up cosmetic products toxicity. After I got done looking up every product in my cabinets and writing on the bottles their number 0-10 (10 being really really bad) I didnt have but 3 products in the 0-3 category CRAZY then I find out the FDA does not even regulate any of these products there is tons of dangerous chemicals loaded in the bottles. Anyways here is that website I was talking about.

Your right Gina! It's everywhere you go. The eye opener is when you turn and look up the word in the dictionary and it says it's a poisonous crystalline acidic compound present in coal tar, & used as a disinfectant it makes ya wonder how some people get a license to create? Phenol + Sun Block=Frying in the Sun. Hay Gina have ya ever cracked up at anybody who blames everything on the SUN, & all it's doing is sending rays down out of the sky, to give you your cure?
